Hearing loss? Don’t go it alone

The UF&Shands Speech and Hearing Center; the College of Public Health and Health Professions’ department of speech, language and hearing sciences; and the Hearing Loss Association of Florida will offer “Living with Hearing Loss,” a series of free classes for people with hearing impairment. Classes are held at the Alachua County Senior Recreation Center. The series includes four classes, and two sessions are available: 1-2:30 p.m. Wednesdays from Jan. 23 through Feb. 13, or the same time on Wednesdays from March 13 through April 3.
